Franciacorta Brut Rosè - 2009 - Azienda Agricola Fratelli Berlucchi
Questo millesimato ha una struttura importante, grazie alla fermentazione di almeno 40 mesi sui lieviti. Nasce da una vinificazione complessa: lo Chardonnay e una parte del Pinot Nero vengono vinificati in bianco, mentre l’altra parte del Pinot Nero è vinificata in rosato. Il risultato è un vino fruttato e sapido, con note di lampone e sale di Cervia, che si bilanciano in un’esperienza avvolgente. Il colore, sospeso tra ciliegia e salmone, lo rende ideale da aprire prima di cena e da gustare fino a tavola.
