Chianti Classico “Montaperto" - 2016 - Fattoria Carpineta Fontalpino
The winery owes its name to the numerous Carpino trees that characterize the area. Located not far from Siena laziedna is distinguished by the possibility of being able to produce on different terroirs and this makes it possible to grow different varieties of grapes: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and in smaller quantities Alicante and Petit Verdot. Family management and ownership that has been handed down for centuries for Carpineta Fontalpino. Montaperto is a Cru from a single vineyard, 100% Sangiovese. An enveloping wine, with notes of flowers and spices, soft to drink, with velvety tannins. It has an innate elegance and freshness. A moody, feminine and ethereal wine.
