Rosso - 1998 - Gravner
Made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Hum and Runk vineyards (until 2004), this wine ferments on contact with the skins for 21 days in open oak vats, using indigenous yeasts and no temperature control. It is aged for 4 years in oak barrels and rests for at least 6 months in bottle. Bottling takes place during the waning moon, without clarification or filtration processes.
