Giusto di Notri - 2002 - Tua Rita
Azienda Agricola Tua Rita is one of Tuscany's leading wineries located just outside Suvereto in the Colline Metallifere hills. The silty, clayey, mineral-rich soils seem to be reflected in the wines themselves, which show notes of saltiness and unique iron nuances in the aromatics. Together with Redigaffi, Tua Rita produces a Bordeaux Blend wine called Giustro di Notri, which is considered by the estate as its signature wine. The "San Giusto a Rentennano" wine is a tribute to the church of San Giusto and the first vineyard planted in Notri. Introduced in 1992, it is primarily a Cabernet. This wine embodies the soul of Tua Rita, testifying to their philosophy of novelty, experimentation and respect for the land. With 25 years of history, it represents the harmony between the evolution of taste, knowledge of the land and the maturity of the vines.
