This complex and mature Metodo Classico presents a bouquet of citrus zest, bread crust and dried fruit, combining elegance and expressive richness. The label, inspired by the historic family villa in Borgonato, symbolizes the quality and excellence of the winery. Made from a blend of Chardonnay (80 percent) for elegance and Pinot Noir (20 percent) for structure, the grapes come from estate-owned vineyards in the moraine hills of Franciacorta. The result is a Franciacorta characterized by fine perlage, complex aromas of candied fruit, toasted notes and delicate spices, with an important structure and a freshness that leads to a savory and mineral finish, ideal for food pairings.
