I Collazzi is a renowned Tuscan wine estate located just south of the city of Florence. Founded in 1933, the 400-hectare property is managed by the Marchi brothers, who are dedicated to producing a variety of mainly red Toscana IGT wines, as well as a single Chianti Classico. The estate's flagship, known simply as Collazzi, is a classic Bordeaux blend composed mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, all hand-picked. Each grape variety is vinified separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks before macerating on the skins. This process gives the wine a distinctive elegance, extraordinary aromatic complexity and a rich, intense flavor.
