Chianti Classico “Rubiolo” - 2019 - Gagliole
Part of the vineyards, covering ten hectares, are located in Gagliole (Castellina in Chianti). These vineyards are mainly laid out on ancient terraces, dotted with olive trees among the vines. A cultivation system in use since the Middle Ages that has created spectacular landscapes admired by visitors from all over the world. The "Rubiolo" wine is madeonly from Sangiovese grapes. Fermented in steel and elevated 50% in French oak barriques and 50% in cement. Aged 3 months in bottle before release for consumption. Soft, fruity, pleasant wine with sweet, harmonious tannins. To be consumed at a temperature of 18°C.
