The wine draws its origins from grapes grown on the 10 hectares of land in Canale, in the commune of Castellina in Chianti. This area covers a single body of land, with southern exposure and an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level. The soil, of medium texture with abundant clay, is deep and fertile. Chianti Classico Tenuta di Capraia stands out for its complexity and excellent flavor structure, characterized by a red color with violet hues. The aromatic bouquet is intense, rich in fruity and vinous hints. Notes of cherry emerge, giving pleasantness, while the balanced freshness blends harmoniously with lively tannins, perfectly integrated with the wine's extractive elements.
