Poggio Torselli was initially established as the residence of the Da Casavecchia family, it took until 2005 to bring the vineyards and olive groves back to life, and in 2003 the new cellar was built in time for the first vintage of the new course. A clear, deep ruby-red wine, it leaves room for warmer garnet-red notes, yet remains full of intense reflections. In the glass, its viscosity and arches denote great body and structure. Great breadth and complexity on the nose, but also intensity and finesse of the dominant aromas.
