Chateau Clement Pichon - 2010 - Haut Medoc
Médoc, located in the renowned Bordeaux wine region, is famous for its Haut-Médoc sub-region, home to some of the world's most prestigious red wines. Characterized by exceptional terroir, the gravelly soil gives the vineyards a unique structure, while the temperate oceanic climate promotes slow ripening of the grapes. Haut-Médoc's red wines are predominantly blends based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, exhibiting aromatic complexity and an elegant tannic structure. With notes of black fruits, spice and hints of tobacco, these wines age beautifully, reaching their full maturity after a few years in the bottle. Thanks to the craftsmanship of local winemakers, Haut-Médoc embodies winemaking excellence, offering unique and inimitable sensory experiences. Château Clément-Pichon wine is produced under the supervision of renowned winemaker Michel Rolland. The property was promoted to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status in the 2003 revision of the 1932 classification.
