Cladrecis is a Chardonnay from the SIRCH line, from an ancient hillside village in the Judrio valley on the border between Italy and Slovenia. This international grape variety, originally from Burgundy, has ancient roots and has settled perfectly into the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, where it has been praised since 1863 as a "white Burgundy" and recognized in 1939 as a "grape of great merit." The wine is distinguished by its deep yellow color with golden highlights and an elegant, complex bouquet with notes of citrus, vanilla, crème brûlée and a balsamic touch. On the palate, it is harmonious, with fresh acidity, rich minerality, and hints of tropical fruit, dried fruit, and pastry that impart a refined persistence.
