Barolo "Brunate" - 2018 - Ceretto
Ceretto, a Piedmont wine producer founded in 1930 by Ricardo Ceretto, is known for its high-quality Barolo and Barbaresco wines, pioneering the trend toward single-vineyard wines. In the 1970s, the winery built two wineries: Bricco Roche in Barolo and Bricco Asili in Barbaresco. Since 1986, it has been producing "cru" wines from selected single vineyards. The wines ferment in stainless steel with wild yeasts and age in French oak for up to two years, turning out delicate but intense. In addition to Barolo and Barbaresco, Ceretto produces several other Piedmont wines, including Langhe DOC Bianco and Dolcetto d'Alba.
