Barolo - 2018 - Ceretto
Ceretto, a renowned wine producer located in the heart of the Piedmont region, specializes in the production of prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco wines. Founded back in 1930 by Ricardo Ceretto, the winery is famous for being a pioneer in adopting the practice of single-vineyard Barolo wines. These wine delicacies are fermented in stainless steel tanks using natural yeasts before being aged in French oak barrels for up to two years. Ceretto wines are distinguished by their delicacy and intensity, offering enveloping aromas of fruit, spice, chocolate and truffle. In addition to its renowned line of Barolo and Barbaresco, the winery produces a variety of other wines from different areas of Piedmont, including a Langhe DOC Bianco, a Dolcetto d'Alba, and a high-quality Barolo DOCG.
