Nel 1989, la Cantina Valpolicella Negrar lanciò il Progetto Qualità, un'iniziativa volta a identificare le aree migliori della Valpolicella per la coltivazione di uve di altissima qualità. Questo sforzo ha portato alla creazione del marchio Domìni Veneti, che prende il nome dai territori della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia nel Cinquecento. Domìni Veneti si distingue per una produzione ricercata e limitata, incentrata sulla valorizzazione delle tipicità enologiche del territorio. Tra i vini prodotti, spicca una versione spumantizzata del Recioto della Valpolicella, con profumi intensi di lampone e amarena, e un gusto dolce e avvolgente, perfetto per accompagnare dolci tradizionali o formaggi piccanti.
