Martin Foradori Hofstätter has led the reins of the family business since 1992. Hofstätter is now one of the largest family-owned wineries in South Tyrol. This wine is between a light ruby and ruby red in color, light and low in tannins, and has a pleasant fruity taste, often with hints of bitter almond.
