Fidelis - 2014 - Cantina del Taburno
Cantina del Taburno is located in a little-known area of Campania, Beneventano . It is part of the Campania capital's consortium and, with its 600ha of vineyards, is an important point of reference for viticulture in the area but also for the economy. The cultivated soils have a marly, clay and limestone mixture. Fidelis is made with only Aglianico harvested in late October. The color is red with ruby highlights. The aroma is of red fruits, tobacco and pepper. The taste is smooth with well-melted tannins and spicy aromas.
