Saint-Véran is a French commune of only 275 inhabitants located in the High Alps department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The color is that of pale yellow gold, brilliant and crystal clear. The nose develops subtle aromas of fruit (peach, pear) or acacia, honeysuckle and bracken, often over notes of fresh almond, hazelnut, cinnamon, butter and sometimes honey. Sometimes exotic fruits are present, as well as citrus notes (orange peel). On the palate, this white wine is dry and well-rounded, mineral and lively from the first attack. The acidity and fat come increasingly into play. The structure is harmonious, fresh and round.
