Selezione di uva Garganega da colline vulcaniche. Appassimento dell'uva per circa cinque mesi su reti verticali. Fermentazione spontanea in tino aperto. Affinamento in botti grandi per 24 mesi. L'imbottigliamento avviene senza filtrazione nè trattamento deproteneizzante. E' un vino dolce di grande struttura e con prospettiva d'invecchiamento.
