Azienda Agricola Montevetrano, located in San Cipriano Picentino, Salerno, was founded in the 1980s by a group of passionate friends. Today, led by Silvia Imparato and her daughter Gaia, with winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, it is renowned for its high-quality wines. The vineyards, located in the Picentini Mountains Regional Park, include local varieties such as Greco, Fiano and Aglianico, as well as international ones such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The range of wines includes Core Bianco, a blend of Greco and Fiano; Core Rosso, a pure Aglianico; and Montevetrano, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Aglianico and Merlot. Core Bianco is mineral and fresh, while Core Rosso offers aromas of forest and spice, with an elegant and persistent taste. Montevetrano, complex and structured, has long aging potential, with notes of berries, balsamic and tobacco.
