Franciacorta Pas Dosè - Solive
Franciacorta Pas Dosé is an elegant sparkling wine made from a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%), grown on the moraine hills of Franciacorta. The vineyards, which are Guyot pruned, have mainly eastern and southeastern exposure. The yield per hectare is 100 quintals. Vinification involves soft pressing of the hand-picked grapes and low-temperature fermentation in steel tanks. After at least 18 months after refermentation, remuage, degorgement and packaging take place. This wine has a fine and persistent perlage, a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, an intense and evolved bouquet, and a full and elegant taste of great refinement.
