Langhe Dolcetto DOC comes from hillside vineyards in Castellinaldo d'Alba, planted in 1975, with western exposure on mixed marl and sand soils. Cultivated using a low espalier system with Guyot pruning, the vineyard is managed sustainably, with organic fertilization and low-impact defense. Manual harvesting takes place in mid-September, selecting the best grapes. After fermentation in steel at 30°C, the wine matures in steel for several months and ages 3 months in the bottle. It has a ruby color with violet hues, a fruity aroma of morello cherry and a dry, fresh, fruity flavor.
