Questo vino storico, prodotto al Castello di Nipozzano nel Chianti Rùfina, rappresenta la tradizione vitivinicola toscana, con un forte legame al territorio. Composto per il 90% da Sangiovese e per il resto da uve complementari come Malvasia nera, Colorino, Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon, offre complessità ed equilibrio. La macerazione dura 25 giorni, inclusa la fermentazione alcolica, con rimontaggi per migliorare l’estrazione del colore e ammorbidire i tannini. La fermentazione malolattica segue immediatamente quella alcolica, contribuendo alla struttura del vino. Simbolo di eleganza e tradizione, esprime il carattere tipico del Chianti Rùfina.
