Chianti Classico “Rubiolo” - 2018 - Gagliole
The "Gagliole" estate, located in the Chianti hills, makes hand-harvesting and rigorous grape selection its strong points. Made only from Sangiovese grapes, it ferments first in steel, then is elevated in French oak barriques for 50% and in cement for the other half. Before sale, it is aged in the bottle for another 3 months in order to complete the tactile sensations that characterize it: the aroma of red fruits and the softness of this wine stand out above all.
