It stands out for the extreme cleanliness it manages to give as much in the aromas as in the taste, capable of translating into a balanced and harmonious sip, never over the top and at the same time never predictable and never banal. Chianti Classico labelled "La Sala" sees sangiovese grapes complemented by a small balance of merlot. Aging lasts twelve months, and is carried out partly in oak barrels and partly in steel.
