Chianti Classico Riserva - 2020 - La Sala del Torriano
Il Chianti Classico Riserva è composto da Sangiovese 90% e Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. Le vigne si trovano a un'altitudine di 200-310 metri s.l.m., su suoli di calcare Alberese, Galestro e argilla rossa, con 5.000 ceppi per ettaro a cordone speronato e una resa di 45 qli per ettaro. La vendemmia avviene a mano a ottobre, seguita da diraspatura, pigiatura soffice, e vinificazione in acciaio per tre settimane a temperature di 30°C. L'affinamento prevede almeno 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese e 6 mesi in bottiglia. Il vino presenta colore rubino, bouquet fruttato e speziato, sorso pieno, tannini morbidi e note balsamiche.
