Chianti Classico Gran Selezione - 2018 - Fattoria Santo Stefano
Gran Selezione Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.: a blend of selected grapes 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon; it is a wine with a red fruit taste with hints of raspberry, meeting the delicate aroma of wild lily flowers, fine and elegant with a pleasant alcoholic structure. The patiently selected grapes are placed in cement tanks for alcoholic fermentation only, then vinified in wood and then ready for aging in French oak barrels for 30 months until bottling.
