Chianti Classico - 2020 - Podere Terreno
Chianti Classico Podere Terreno is made from Sangiovese and Colorino grapes, vinified according to tradition and aged in steel and cement tanks for 12 months. Fruity and elegant, it is a full-bodied wine with soft and persistent tannins, underlined by an acidity that gives length and great drinkability. Podere Terreno has certainly been inhabited since the 14th century.
The vineyards aged between 12 and 30 years have a total area of about 6 hectares are located on soils with a clay loam texture rich in marl and alberese rocks at an altitude of 540 meters an average density of 5000 vines per hectare with forms of training ranging from spurred cordon in the youngest vines to the archetto in the oldest vines.
