Chianti Classico - 2019 - Borgo Salcetino
The Borgo Salcetino winery was founded in 1996 when Valneo and Tonino Livon, winemakers in Friuli, decided to expand their winemaking knowledge to the vocated territory of Chianti Classico, specifically Radda in Chianti. Garnet red in color, the nose is intense and reminiscent of raspberries and cherries. In the mouth it is fruity, full, with good structure and velvety tannins. The harvest done entirely by hand in crates with subsequent soft destemming.
