Chateau Marjosse - 1996 - Bordeaux
Located in Entre-deux-Mers, on the right bank of Bordeaux, Château Marjosse dates back to 1782. First owned by wine merchant Bernard Chénier, Château Marjosse was later acquired by the Deleuze family, which leased some of the plots to Pierre Lurton in 1990. It was in 1992 that Pierre Lurton, who grew up on the Reynier estate, neighboring the beautiful Chartreuse, moved to Château Marjosse, gradually acquiring various parts of the Deleuze family's property. In 2000, Pierre Lurton had a state-of-the-art winery built, containing more than 40 concrete vats, and then in 2013 became the owner of the entire 40-hectare vineyard.
