Brunello di Montalcino "Poggiarelli" - 2018 - Cortonesi
Cortonesi's Brunello di Montalcino Poggiarelli is one of the winery's two crus, along with the historic La Mannella, from which it differs in its very different exposure and soil composition characteristics as well as in its aging in French oak tonneaux, which give different scents, aromas and emotions. The olfactory bouquet is fragrant and intriguing, with typical notes of red berry fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with fine tannins and an intense, endless finish.
