Questo vino armonioso e piacevole, succo di uve scelte, non ha subito nessuna lavorazione tecnica. E' un prodotto genuino che, imbottigliato giovane, ha svolto una leggera fermentazione in bottiglia esaltando tutta la sua fragranza. Un eventuale deposito è quindi del tutto normale e si consiglia di mescerlo lentamente dopo aver tenuto la bottiglia in posizione verticale per qualche tempo.
