Barolo "Serradenari" - 2020 - Renato Ratti
cNel 2019, l'azienda ha iniziato a produrre Barolo a Serradenari, nella parte più alta di La Morra, a quasi 500 metri di altitudine. Le vigne, di 20-40 anni, esposte a sud/sud-ovest, beneficiano dell'ottima esposizione e maggiore altitudine, permettendo una vendemmia tardiva. Il vino è più "nervoso", mantenendo le caratteristiche tipiche di La Morra. Colore rosso granato. Profumo con note di prugna, viola e tabacco. Gusto pieno, con buona tannicità e acidità.
