Deltetto is a winery that has been producing wine since the early 1800s in Roero. Mostly reds and then expanding its range with whites and some bubbles. In the Roero lil protagonist is Arneis here we find it in a new guise. Low production, over-ripening in the vineyard, drying in the open air in small boxes for a few months with the intervention of noble molds that give us a very concentrated and enveloping wine. Golden yellow color, classic aroma of apricot and ripe fruit, excellent sweetness and roundness supported by a freshness that sets it apart.
