Testo red wine, with strong Mediterranean influences and Bordeaux touches, comes from the selection of the best grapes from the Podernovo vineyards, an estate owned by the Lunelli family in the Pisan Hills, certified organic since 2012. It has a bright and concentrated ruby color. On the nose, a clear cleanliness of aromas emerges, with a predominance of dark fruit such as mulberry and coffee beans. With aeration, the fruit evolves into sweeter and more mature tones, with notes of dark cherry and dried plum, enriched by a balsamic touch. On the palate, the wine shows an excellent balance with fine and elegant tannins, followed by a finish of macerated dark fruit and a light spiciness
