Refund policy

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED BOTTLE: HOW CAN I RETURN IT AND BE REFUNDED?


Our courier is very careful to handle the packages we send, if for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, please contact our customer care immediately at office@rarest-wines.com and explain the extent of the damage.
We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

In the case of damaged merchandise, you will be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to email us in advance a photo with a description of the damage.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


A PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RETURN


Once we receive and inspect the bottle, we will send you an email that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, a refund will automatically be generated within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise applied to your credit card or original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying shipping charges for the return of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REPLACEMENT AND COMPLAINTS


We do not accept replacement requests or claims unless the bottle was damaged in transit. The bottles come from the collections of private individuals, restaurants or rare wine dealers, each bottle has had its own history, we cannot guarantee that so many years later the wine is still perfectly preserved. We can assure you that the condition of the bottle is exactly as in the description and photograph.

The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the "seen and liked" clause.
