Chianti Classico - 2019 - Villa Calcinaia Counts Capponi
Villa Calcinaia's Chianti Classico DOCG is the fruit of grapes harvested manually between the second ten days of September and the first ten days of October in the oldest vineyards of the company, planted in the 1960s, and then fermented in stainless steel. The resulting wine will mature partly in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels, in 225 l and 500 l carats and partly in underground cement tanks of various sizes. An excellent medium-bodied Chianti Classico from the historic area of Greve in Chianti.
