Badia a Coltibuono Chianti Classico is born from a firm dedication to respect for biodiversity, the health of workers and the environment. Located in the heart of the Siena region of Chianti Classico, Sangiovese grapes are carefully harvested from the vineyards of Monti (in Gaiole) and Vitignano (in Castelnuovo Berardenga), carefully selecting complementary varieties. The vinification takes place in the modern cellar of Monti, where only natural yeasts and delicate techniques are used to maximize the complexity and balance of the grapes. The result is a wine with a strong yet refined structure, which fully embodies the character of Sangiovese and its pleasantness.
