Bourgogne "Couvent des Jacobins" - 2021 - Louis Jadot
Bourgogne Rouge Couvent des Jacobins is a red wine produced exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety. It is made from a selection of wines from different areas of the Côte d'Or. Louis Jadot has invested in a modern cuverie in Givry, entirely dedicated to the vinification of Burgundy wines, to ensure the highest quality in the assembly of its cuvées. After traditional vinification, the different wines of this blend are aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels from their own cooperage or in stainless steel tanks.
