Languedoc-Roussillon wine is produced in the south of France, stretching from the Mediterranean coast to Provence. Cabernet, Merlot, Mourvedre, Grenache and Syrah are some of the most important red grapes in the region. The fruit in this wine is preserved and the currants, walnuts and figs explode. The balance of the mouth extends on peppery notes.
