Barolo DOCG Cannubi is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, Lampia clone, in the Barolo area, MGA Cannubi. The grapes are selected manually and gently pressed, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation for 35 days in wooden vats with submerged cap. After fermentation, the wine ages for 24 months in 16hl Stockinger Austrian oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation in the barrel. It is bottled in the third year after the harvest and aged for a further 14 months. It has a bouquet of sage, red fruit, tobacco and rose, with a full taste, soft and elegant tannins.
