Today, the company manages 5.5 hectares of property and 1.5 hectares of leased Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto in San Giovanni, in the area of the great Crus of Monforte, with south-east exposure. This position allows to produce wines with great structure, freshness and elegance. The approach is based on natural principles, using only sulfur and verdigris for treatments, and drastically reducing the yield per hectare to improve the quality of the bunches. The vinification includes short macerations and aging in French wood barrels. This wine develops a very intense ruby-purple color that tends to garnet with aging. On the nose, it offers hints of ripe fruit and herbaceous notes, enriched by nuances of black fruit. On the palate, it is distinguished by a long and persistent finish, accompanied by good acidity.
