In the hillside vineyards, in the heart of the classic Valpolicella, the grapes for this Amarone are grown on dry terraces (called marogne). The natural drying of the bunches in the drying rooms, the vinification and the subsequent refinement in Slavonian oak barrels, give the catechistic spicy aroma, which is completed in the mouth with notes of morello cherry and plums.
