Giuseppe Quintarelli's Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC is a structured and complex red wine, a symbol of Veneto's winemaking excellence. Made in Negrar from Corvina (55%), Rondinella (30%) and Cabernet (15%) grapes, it ferments with indigenous yeasts and ages for 60 months in Slavonian oak barrels. With an intense bouquet, it offers aromas of black cherry, cherry and raspberry, enhanced by notes of cedar wood, smoke and wild herbs. With an alcohol volume of 15 percent, it is a satisfying choice for lovers of robust, long-lived wines.
