Effige Nera Riserva Bio is a fine wine with an intense and elegant bouquet, in which it is possible to capture the scents of grapes blended with the typical notes of a balanced use of wood. The well-balanced and enveloping flavor is obtained by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, and by an additional eight months that complete the aging process. After bottling, the wine remains another six months in temperature-controlled rooms before release.
