Barolo "Gabutti" is a wine produced in Serralunga d'Alba from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown on clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 250-300 meters. The vineyards, facing south and southwest, benefit from an ideal microclimate for growing Nebbiolo. The wine has an elegant and stable color over time, with floral aromas and notes of fresh fruit and sweet spices. On the palate it is savory, structured and well balanced, with sweet and important acids and tannins. It is a long-lived Barolo that develops great elegance, minerality and personality with aging.
