Barolo "Cerequio" - 2020 - Michele Chiarlo
Produced only in exceptional vintages in limited quantities and sold on allotment, this wine undergoes vinification with alcoholic fermentation in oak vats for 30 days in contact with the skins using the "submerged cap" method. Minimum aging is 6 years, 3 of which are in large barrels and 3 in bottles. It has a deep garnet red color, a complex bouquet with notes of red berries, chocolate, mint and fine spices, accompanied by balsamic hints. On the palate, it offers excellent structure, silkiness and harmony, with a long and fresh aftertaste.
