Chateau Haut Jaure - 1995 - Pecharmant
Pécharmant, named after "Pech" meaning hill (literally the charming hill) is a red wine produced on gravelly, south-facing slopes on the right bank of the Dordogne. Rosette, a sweet white wine, whose production is emblematic today, was formerly harvested on these same soils. Generally considered Bergerac's best wine, Pécharmant is distinguished by its structure, pulpiness and aging potential that brings complexity and finesse.
