Selection of Garganega grapes from volcanic hills. Grapes dried for about five months on vertical nets. Spontaneous fermentation in open vats. Aged in large barrels for 24 months. Bottling occurs without filtration or protein-removal treatment. It is a sweet wine with great structure and aging potential.
