Rihali from Arabic means district of the wind. Located in a part of the island characterized by a lot of wind. Only Zibibbo grapes are used that must be grown, dried and transformed within the island. Golden color with bright amber reflections. Very intense bouquet with hints of raisins, apricot and orange peel. Extraordinary freshness and sweetness for this wine that pairs perfectly with dishes of mature cheeses.
