Bruno Rocca's Langhe Nebbiolo "Fralù" is an elegant and harmonious DOC red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the youngest vineyards located in Barbaresco (CN). After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the wine ages for 8-12 months in French oak barriques, developing a ruby red color with garnet highlights. The nose presents an intense and broad bouquet, with fruity notes of raspberry, ripe black cherry and plum. In the mouth, it stands out for its good structure, important tannins and pleasant balance, with a persistence that prolongs the pleasure. With an alcohol content of 14 percent, it is ideal with fresh pasta dishes dressed with rich meat sauces, roasts, braised meats and aged cheeses.
